The FIDE Chess.com Grand Swiss is an 11-round Swiss tournament taking place in Riga, Latvia, from October 27th to November 7th, 2021. This tournament is part of the world championship title in that the top two finishers will qualify for the 2022 FIDE Candidates Tournament.

Time control is 100 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 50 minutes for the next 20 moves, and finally 15 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment starting from move one.
